How it works

A process built
for momentum.

No pilot graveyard, no six-week discovery phase before you see anything real. Here's exactly how a project with us runs, start to finish.

Step 1

Discover

We start with a working session, not a questionnaire — your business, your audience, what's working today and what isn't. We leave with a shared brief and a clear definition of what "done" looks like before any design work starts.

Typically 3–5 days
Step 2

Design

Concepts, wireframes, and motion studies you can react to fast. You'll see real screens and real animation tests early, not mood boards — so feedback is specific and revisions stay small.

Typically 1–3 weeks
Step 3

Build

Development, animation, and content production run in parallel instead of stacked end to end, which keeps timelines tight. You get scheduled check-ins, not a black box — a staging link updates as work lands.

Typically 2–6 weeks, scoped to the project
Step 4

Launch

We handle deployment, cross-browser and cross-device QA, and a pre-launch checklist covering performance, accessibility basics, and analytics. Launch day is boring on purpose.

Typically 2–3 days
Step 5

Support

Your brand keeps moving after launch — content updates, seasonal campaigns, new animation, or a second phase of the site. Most clients keep us on retainer for exactly this reason.

Ongoing, month to month
Good to know

Questions we
get asked a lot.

How long does a typical project take?

Most web design and branding projects run four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope. Motion and animation work is often scoped separately and can move faster once a style is approved.

Do you work with an existing brand guide?

Yes — if you already have brand guidelines, we design inside them. If you don't, we can build one as the first phase of a larger project or as a standalone engagement.

What happens after launch?

You own everything we build. Ongoing support, edits, and new features are available month to month, but nothing locks you in — the site and files are yours either way.

Can you jump into a project already in progress?

Often, yes. We'll review what exists, flag anything that needs to be rebuilt versus reused, and give you a straight answer on timeline before we start billing.
